This training program can be tailored, based on the situational needs of its clients from day workshops to continual training.

Immerse - Immerse training is designed to prepare personnel for work in countries where complex situations have developed, dealing with conflict, post conflict and areas of devastation.

Mitigate - Mitigate threats through situational awareness, professional development training, personal and security team tactics.

Population - Understanding the masses through mediation and negotiating.

Assess - Area assessments and reporting based on observation and communication.

Pre-deployment Training

  • Cultural/Historical Briefing - Study of cultural, tribal and religious groups, root causes of conflicts in area. History of area and in depth study of area demographics as it relates to security and your operations.
  • Security Threat Briefing - This includes current threats, past threat, and possible future threats in the area. Also includes up to date intelligence briefing and overview of current security situation.
  • Medical Threat Briefing - In depth look at medical threats ranging from flora, wildlife, blood borne pathogens, airborne pathogens and other threats of the area.
  • How to operate and conduct yourself in a moderate or high risk environment.
  • Basic Travel First Aid - Stop gap measures that provide aid while proper medical attention is being sought.
